Harry Pangli, Associate
Harry Pangli is a Senior Chartered Architectural Technologist with over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry in the UK. He has been responsible for developing design proposals into fully detailed technically complete designs, including all aspects of tender and production drawings. As part of this work he has managed teams of assistants during the planning application, design development and construction phases of projects with values of up to £33M.
Harry has particular experience on large scale mixed tenure housing and has produced tender/construction packages and managed post construction stages for projects with values up to £42M. He has also overseen large scale residential developments from start to completion, coordinating and processing contractors’ information, arranging valuations and interim certificates and managing client communications on projects with values up to £8M.
In relation to expert witness and advisory work, Harry has extensive experience in analysing building defects and advising on architectural technical issues, drawing on his professional technical experience to carry out forensic intrusive investigations.
Harry has conducted extensive on site investigations; carried out desktop reviews of project information; evaluated the adequacy of detailed designs for Building Regulations and other code compliance; assessed completed works on site relative to contractual obligations for standards materials and workmanship. He has also provided technical input into expert reports as well as providing expert opinion as an architectural designer and Chartered Architectural Technologist.
